UPDATE: Game Console & TV/ Dvd Player Network Connections ...

Game consoles can now be registered on our network. Please note that game consoles must be directly plugged in via ethernet.

1. Complete?this form with the required information including the devices Mac / Network address. From this form we will create a ticket.
2. Once we process the form (daily) a ticket will be created you will receive a ticket open notification via email.
3. When the registration is completed by OIT staff you will receive a ticket close notification via email.
4. Once the ticket close email is received the device has been registered on the network.
5. Restart the device and ensure it is directly connected to the network.

Please note, ?OIT is unable to provide assistance finding MAC/ Network addresses. You may need to contact the device manufacturer for assistance as devices and consoles vary widely.?
